Our straightforward check-box layout enables educators to quickly tick off each child as they call their names – no time wasted. Educators can even specify what type of Roll Call is being performed, for example, fire, evacuation, lockdown or a standard head count.
Like many of our other features, Roll Call allows users to select a room & program. Once submitted, the Roll Call is safely stored and pin-locked.
Reporting Capability.
Stored within our secure Australian servers, every Roll Call can be accessed at any time. Simply use the filter and search tools to locate a previously summitted head count. From here, educators can generate a downloadable report as required. Our intuitive design also enables reports to be emailed from within our software.
Integrated and Accessible.
When taking a head count, each name listed on the page hyperlinks to their Child Profile when clicked on. The Child Profile will show an extract from the Child’s Record, capturing all the important information Educators may need quick access to. This information may include medical alerts, safety alerts and basic child/guardian details.
