How long does it take to get started?

If your service doesn’t require any data migration, we can get you up and started within the same day.

If you are opening a new childcare service we suggest you obtain all your necessary government approval numbers before purchasing the system. No good paying for a system if you cannot start using it.

What is involved is getting started?

Once you are satisfied that Child Care Central is the right product for your service, we can create your database within minutes. The process is:

  1. Confirm your purchase
  2. You will receive an email with a link to access your version of Child Care Central
  3. You will receive another email with your temporary password.
  4. Log in and change your password
  5. If we have migrated your data, you will see your parent and child records, bookings and fees.
  6. Training is provided
  7. Start using the system
