Flexible Fee Schedules
You are able to set up fees on an hourly or session basis to accommodate discounted multi-day rates, multiple siblings, absences, public holidays (higher or lower depending on whether your centre is open).
You can set different fee rates at a program level within a room. You can create multi-layered hourly or session fees on a tiered pricing structure.
You can even create a fee and give it any name you like, such as, Emergency Care Rate.
View fee history
Create and see historical fee schedules as well as future fee schedules.
You can see old and upcoming fee schedules and dates when new fees with take effect, typically in January and July.
Fee Validation
When creating a fee, Child Care Central performs a number of automatic validation checks, such as conflicting schedules, conflicting names, missing mandatory fields to minimise any operator error. It’s what makes it SMART software.
Fee Schedule Audit
At any time, with the click of one button, you can view the complete history of a Fee Schedule with details of who modified it, when and what was changed with Old and New Values clearly presented. This feature puts you in the know. There will be no more questions like: Who changed this? When? And what exactly did they change?
Comprehensive Estimates
One of the most common processes in any child care centre is to provide estimates for existing or potential parents. In Child Care Central you can run an estimate for 1 or more children, apply your nominated fee schedule, factoring in any multi-child situation as well as subsidy level, all in the one estimate. This makes fast work out of preparing estimates, even doing it while parents wait.
Save Provided Estimates
Easily save estimates that you provide parents in Child Care Central, saving by parent/guardian, child and date and from there email a copy to parents or provide print-outs.
Current Family Estimates
When preparing estimates for current families, Child Care Central will automatically pull in the current bookings and fee schedule and CCS eligibility details. There’s no need to hunt down the information and make sure you have factored everything in.
