Customer Support

Our Brisbane contact centre is equipped to handle thousands of calls every week. We offer telephone support 5 days a week Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm Brisbane AEST) business days, except for public holidays. Our staff are fully trained to help you with your Child Care Central queries.

  • Video learning paths for self paced study.
  • Classroom based training. Learn with other child care professionals in a classroom environment.
  • Remote assistance leaning over the telephone. A Child Care Central expert will call and remotely access your desktop to talk you through more specific training.
  • Individual face to face learning. A Child Care Central expert will train you on site at your centre.
