About Child Care Central

We are the experts in Child Care Administration and are passionate about the industry and supporting our customers.  We are proud of the extensive support we offer to our clients and the continual improvement of our child care software and administration services.

Child Care Central forms part of the Redbourne Group.  Founded in 2000, Redbourne Group began as a small family owned and run business and has grown into an exciting Brisbane based company employing over 40 staff.

The Redbourne Group have a history and reputation of high quality service to the child care industry with the management of the Australian Government Child Care Access Hotline, as well as other Government tenders in the health services area.  

Critical to the success of offering our clients exceptional service is the strength of our in-house expertise and the skills in developing systems and business processes that provide our clients with the highest levels of service, but do so in a way that is as seamless as possible and cost effective.

The Child Care Central team comprises staff experienced in:

  • Child care administration in all sectors of the industry (LDC, OOSH, FDC) and for both community and for-profit providers.
  • Practical ‘on-the-floor’ child care provision. Our staff comprises people who have worked as Early Childhood Carers and Directors.
  • Project management and Business Process Analysis from a range of industry settings including banking and finance, government programs and corporate operations.
  • Customer service and in particular managing help desk queries in a professional, courteous and proficient manner.
  • Operations, with the experience in recruiting, training and deploying staff with the necessary resources and infrastructure to get the job done on time and within budget.
  • Software development and system application design.
